New VEVIDA logoVEVIDA is bubbling over with change. That is why we will be rolling up our sleeves immediately after Christmas. In the weekend of 27-28 December we will be replacing our current client and partner portal by a brand-new version. We have worked hard this year to rebuild that completely. The portal is on a new platform, for which MyVEVIDA and all internal computerization has been completely reworked.
That is good news for you! In MyVEVIDA you can indeed manage all your domains in one account and change many more settings yourself – such as adjusting the DNS zonefile and creating subdomains. But you can also communicate more easily with our customer service and you always have an up-to-date overview of all your invoices. If you pay online now, a new domain or expansion of your package will be ready for you quick as a flash. Last but not least, you yourself can determine how your email disk space will be be set up. That gives you up to 10 times as much space.
During the change-over you will not be able to log on to your account. The new client and partner portal will be ready for use on Monday morning, 29 December. While the change-over is being implemented, you will be able to reach our customer service for urgent questions via info@vevida.com. We will respond to you message as quickly as possible.
