New client portal under construction
New VEVIDA logoVEVIDA is bubbling over with change. That is why we will be rolling up our sleeves immediately after Christmas. In the weekend of 27-28 December we will be replacing our current client and partner portal by a brand-new version. We have worked hard this year to rebuild that completely. The portal is on a new platform, for which MyVEVIDA and all internal computerization has been completely reworked.
That is good news for you! In MyVEVIDA you can indeed manage all your domains in one account and change many more settings yourself – such as adjusting the DNS zonefile and creating subdomains. But you can also communicate more easily with our customer service and you always have an up-to-date overview of all your invoices. If you pay online now, a new domain or expansion of your package will be ready for you quick as a flash. Last but not least, you yourself can determine how your email disk space will be be set up. That gives you up to 10 times as much space.
During the change-over you will not be able to log on to your account. The new client and partner portal will be ready for use on Monday morning, 29 December. While the change-over is being implemented, you will be able to reach our customer service for urgent questions via info@vevida.com. We will respond to you message as quickly as possible.

In the past year we have invested a great deal in improving our services. Our help desk has been considerably expanded so that we can answer your questions even more quickly. We have also completely renovated our internal computer system and MyVEVIDA! You can read more about the change-over to this new client portal below.
In collaboration with Heliview, we asked some of our clients how satisfied they were with VEVIDA. Although they were generally very positive, there is a clear need for more communication. We take this very seriously, of course. That is why we have set up a specific plan to improve our communication considerably. During the coming year you will certainly hear more from us. We will thus keep you up to date on all new changes via our newsletter and vevida.com.
